Carriers can notify shippers that their goods have been picked up and delivered through the "Manage My Bookings" section.

Letting us know on how you’re progressing with a job we have allocated is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. From the Main Menu on the left-hand side of your screen, please choose “Manage My Truck Bookings

2. The list of jobs allocated to you will come up under My Bookings.  Choose the “Actions” button to open the booking details and update its status.

3. The buttons to confirm the job status will be at the top part of the booking details.

You may click on the “Confirm pick-up” button once you have collected the freight so a notification will be sent to the customer.

4. Once the freight has been delivered, you may click on the “Confirm delivery” button so a notification will be sent to the customer.
