When can I cancel?
You can only cancel a shipment via the platform if you have BYO carriers set-up on the system. If you are using a FreightExchange carrier, unfortunately you need to request that we cancel the shipment for you.
Cancellations are not possible in all situations. You will need to contact your carrier to cancel the shipment if:
- The shipments has been picked-up or
- The manifest to which it is attached is marked as dispatched
Canceling a consignment
- Navigate to the Manage Bookings screen
- Find the consignment you wish to cancel by clicking anywhere on the grey section (screenshot below)
3. Open the Job Details screen
4. In the Job Details screen click the "x Cancel shipment" button (screenshot below)
