Introduction
If you have an Aramex (formerly Fastway) account you can set-up your FreightExchange account to receive quotes, print labels and track shipments.
Step by Step Guide
1. Login to your https://myfastway.com.au account
2. Gather the details listed in the table below
2. Forward the information via email to ops@freightexchange.com.au
3. We will connect and test your integration
4. We will send you a confirmation when your BYO carrier integration is ready to go
Account Information Required
In order to complete this process you will require the details of your Aramex/Fastway account listed below:
Field Name | Description | Format & Examples |
---|---|---|
Account Number | Your Aramex/Fastway Account Number | Your 7 digit account number, typically found on your invoices and rate cards. |
Prefix | The tracking number prefix for each of your account/s | 2 characters. For example AB. If in doubt, look at a recent tracking number and quote the first four letters/numbers of that tracking number. You may have different tracking prefixes for different accounts. |
Client ID | Your Client ID | Refer to the instructions in the link |
Client Secret | Your Client Secret | Refer to the instructions in the link |
