If you have an existing account and rates with Aramex (formerly Fastway) you can easily bring your own accounts across to FreightExchange to receive quotes, print labels and book and track shipments along side our other broker carriers.

Part 1: Get your Aramex API Key
Login to your https://identity.aramexconnect.com.au/Account/Login account.
- Go to Administration > API Keys
- If you have the Client Id and Client Secret then you can use the existing key otherwise you can create a new key.
- Create Key will generate a new Client Id and Client Secret. Please save it.
Part 2: Set-up your Aramex Account in FreightExchange
- Login to FreightExchange platform and go to Settings > Carriers & Accounts.
- Click + Add New
- Select Aramex Australia/ Aramex New Zealand from the Carrier drop-down.
- Complete all relevant details of your Aramex/Fastway account listed below:

Once you click save, you will see Aramex in your list of carriers with the status Awaiting Carrier.
- You will be able to get the rates from Aramex and send shipments to them.
- In order to setup the tracking you have toe request amanda.price@aramex.co.nz or justin.hannaford@aramex.com.au to enable tracking via SFTP and share the username and password.
There are three statuses to look out for:
Status | Description |
Details Needed | You have not entered all the details needed to activate the carrier. Click on Details Needed to open the pop up and complete the required details. |
Awaiting Carrier | All of the carrier details have been sent to the carrier and we are waiting on the carrier to activate your shipping & tracking API integration request. |
Shipping | You are set up and good to go. You can start shipping on your carrier account. |
Once all the above steps are done, you can proceed to book your shipments with AusPost and/or Startrack without any rates being loaded. If you would prefer to upload your rates, then please share the rate card with ops@freightexchange.com.au.
