If you have an existing account and rates with Aramex (formerly Fastway) you can easily bring your own accounts across to FreightExchange to receive quotes, print labels and book and track shipments along side our other broker carriers.

Part 1: Get your Aramex API Key

• Login to your https://identity.aramexconnect.com.au/Account/Login account.

• Go to Administration > API Keys

• If you have the Client Id and Client Secret then you can use the existing key otherwise you can create a new key.

• Create Key will generate a new Client Id and Client Secret. Please save it.

Part 2: Set-up your Aramex Account in FreightExchange

• Login to FreightExchange platform and go to Settings > Carriers & Accounts. 
• Click + Add New

• Select Aramex Australia/ Aramex New Zealand from the Carrier drop-down.
• Complete all relevant details of your Aramex/Fastway account listed below:

Account Number	Your Aramex/Fastway Account Number	Your 7 digit account number, typically found on your invoices and rate cards.
Client ID	Your Client ID	Refer to the instructions in the link
Client Secret	Your Client Secret	Refer to the instructions in the link
Consignment Type	Consignment types denote the type of label generation required.
Tracking SFTP Server	SFTP server where Aramex will share the tracking events	sftp.fastway.org
Tracking SFTP Login	Login Id to connect to SFTP server
Tracking SFTP Password	Password to connect to SFTP server

Once you click save, you will see Aramex in your list of carriers with the status Awaiting Carrier. 

• You will be able to get the rates from Aramex and send shipments to them.
• In order to setup the tracking you have toe request amanda.price@aramex.co.nz or justin.hannaford@aramex.com.au to enable tracking via SFTP and share the username and password.

Once all the above steps are done, you can proceed to book your shipments with AusPost and/or Startrack without any rates being loaded. If you would prefer to upload your rates, then please share the rate card with ops@freightexchange.com.au.
