One of the key features of FreightExchange is the ability for customers to bring their own carrier accounts to the platform. This enables them to compare these prices with FreightExchange's prices for every shipment. This document describes the steps required to connect your Hunter Express accounts to FreightExchange.

Part 1: Get your Hunter Express Account details
Account Number | Please provide the account number provided by Courrio |
Prefix | Prefix to be used for the connote number |
Connote allocation start from | Connote range assigned by Courrio for your account. By default, it will be set as 100000. |
Courrio Customer Name | Customer name for your Courrio account |
Courrio Customer Code | Customer code for your Courrio account. |
To enable tracking please send the below email to your account manager
Hi <Account Manager>,
I am setting up my account <insert account code> with my FMS partner FreightExchange for consigning the shipments. Can you please start sending the tracking events for my shipments to FreightExchange FTP.

Once all the above steps are done, you can proceed to book your shipments without your rates being loaded. If you would prefer to upload your rates, then please share the rate card with support@freightexchange.com.au
