Introduction

Clicking the Book Pickup button closes the manifest, sends all of the selected shipments to the carrier and if required, tells the carrier to arrange a pickup. 

Manifesting a single shipment

To close the manifest and book a pickup for a single shipment:

1. Go to the Book page
2. Use the search field to find the shipment you want to dispatch
3. Click Book Pickup for the specific job you want to dispatch

Manifesting lots of shipments

To close the manifest and/book a pickup for lots of shipments:

1. Go to the Book page
2. Use the search field to find all of the shipments you want to dispatch
3. Click the check box > Select All
4. Click Book Pickup at the top of the page

Step by step guide in pictures

1. Go to your Book page

2. Search for the consignment you wish to book a pick up for.  Tip: Use the search field if you have a lot of bookings on your Book page.

3. Click the check box > Select All > Book Pickup at the top of the page to manifest numerous shipments on the same manifest.

4. Click the Book Pickup button for to ship a single booking.
