A game-changer for high-volume shippers and businesses managing multiple shipments daily, time is everything. Instead of processing each order manually, the new "Book Pickup" bulk action allows you to select multiple shipments directly from your book page and schedule them all at once.

This intuitive feature drastically reduces repetitive booking tasks, saving valuable time and minimizing human error. Whether you're handling local deliveries or coordinating large-scale logistics, this update is designed to increase efficiency and simplify your shipping operations.

Note: The below process describes how users can book pickups in bulk however this is the same process that would happen via API integration with your preferred business system.

Step by Step Guide

1. Navigate to Book page.
   
   

    2. Click the downward arrow located to the left of the REF row and click Select All.

    3. You'll see the total number of selected jobs, with options to download labels or generate a manifest.

    4. Click the 'Download Labels' button to download labels in bulk for the selected bookings.

    5. To manifest the selected jobs, simply click the 'Book Pickup' button.

    6. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm the pickup for the selected jobs. You’ll also be asked to             set a pickup date for each carrier.

    7. After setting the pickup dates for each carrier, check the terms and conditions box shown in the screenshot                    below, then click the 'Confirm' button.

8. Once you click the 'Confirm' button, all manifested jobs will be visible on the portal’s Track Page.
