I Was Charged Twice for a Booking- What Will I do?

FreightExchange gives you the ability to easily request a refund if you were charged twice for a booking in error. 


If your card was charged twice for the freight cost charges just send an email to finance@freightexchange.com.au. Send the details of your payment e.g. date, the amount charged, and the booking number you paid. 


Once the information provided has been verified, we will process the refund immediately.
