How to configure a new carrier to FreightExchange via the Freight2020 TMS
Step 1: Connect the Systems
2. Click on +Add New
3. Select Freight2020 from the dropdown
| Field | Description |
| Display Name | Your business name |
| Cancellation Email | Email address which can receive the cancellation requests |
| Website URL | Your website URL |
| Carrier Logo | Logo for your business |
| Freight2020 Shipment API URL | This is the API URL to be used to send the shipments from FreightExchange to Freight2020 system. |
Once You fill the above details submit the form and you are ready to create carriers with Freight2020.
Step 2: Configure your Master Services, Zones & Transit Times
1. Navigate to Systems Integrations
2. Click the "cog" to configure the Systems Integration you just created. This will open the configuration page where you can edit the

4. Carrier Master Zones
5. Carrier Master Transit Times
Now the carrier and integration exists in FreightExchange.
Part 3: Configure the new account/s
The next step is to setup the carrier accounts
1. Navigate to Connect Your Carriers2. Select the name of the carrier you wish to connect
3. Enter your carrier account details and APIs
| Field | Description |
| Customer Code | Enter your Freight2020 account number. |
| External Parner Code | Enter the Freight2020 External Partner Code |
| API Username | API Username provided by Freight2020. |
| API Password | API Password provided by Freight2020. |
Part 4: Enable the account and start shipping
1. Navigate to Connect Your Carriers
2. Toggle the Status button to enable the carrier
3. You can now ship on the carrier account
