My Shipment Has Not Been Picked Up

The expected pickup date for every shipment can be viewed on the Track page. If your pickup is overdue you can follow these steps:

Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Track page
  2. Search for the shipment you need help with
  3. Click Need Help icon. A pop-up will appear, choose the category "Pick up follow up (customer)" and type your message.
  4. We will reply to you by email, usually within a few hours and always within one working day
