Proof of delivery (POD) is normally available within 24-48 hours from when the freight is delivered. For some areas where the delivery is done by the carrier's 3rd party agent, the PODs take some time to be uploaded.

Step by Step Guide

1. Login to your FreightExchange account and go to the "Track" page.
2. Search for the booking which has the POD you'd like to download.
3. You can easily know if the POD is available by checking the "Last Update" column.
   • POD Available - means that the POD has been uploaded by the carrier and available for download
   • Delivered - means POD is not yet uploaded by the carrier and is not available
4. To download the POD, click the three-dot button, then click "Download Proof of Delivery" from the selection.
5. To request a POD copy, click the "Need Help" button. On the pop-up page, choose "General Enquiry" and type the help you need. Our Ops team will receive the ticket and will respond to your request within one business day.
