Booking a pick up is as easy as clicking the button on the Book screen.
However, you may not be able to book a pick up immediately if:
- The address or shipment details are incomplete. Any missing information will be highlighted on the screen.
- Additional information is required. Click the "Upload Supporting Documents" button to submit the necessary documents. Will be notified via email once approved.
When all the necessary information is received, "Book Pickup" button will be activated.
