All Carrier Surcharges

Freight surcharges refer to the additional fees added to a shipment by the carrier to compensate for extra expenses involved in additional handling or special service.

The FreightExchange platform displays all applicable fees and surcharges up front to avoid nasty surprises. It's not always clear how and when surcharges are applied so we've compiled this guide to help you avoid them.
