Timeslot delivery refers to a specific time window during which a product or service is delivered to a customer. It allows customers to choose a convenient time for receiving their orders, ensuring that they are available to receive the delivery.

FreightExchange allows you to book a timeslot delivery with our major carrier partners, such as Northline, Hi-Trans, CRL, Hunter Express and TNT, before the labels are issued since the details will also be noted on the shipping labels.  

Please note that a timeslot booking fee will apply.

Step-by-Step Guide

To book a timeslot delivery:

1. Go to your Quote page.
2. Locate the quote using the search filters available.
3. Hover your mouse over the "Destination" details and click the cell to edit.
4. Enter the timeslot booking information on the delivery instructions.
5. Click "Save" to add the instructions.
6. Click "Confirm" to generate the shipping labels.
7. Proceed to book the pickup.
