To be certain your goods arrive before Christmas, we recommend you ship before:

• 18th December 2023 when shipping between Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide

• 15th December 2023 when shipping outside the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide

Be sure to allow 48 hours for all pick-ups, particularly in residential, regional areas or where a tail lift vehicle is requested. We recommend you select the Authority to Leave option wherever possible and book Premium or Overnight service for all of your last minute or urgent deliveries.

• Friday 15th of December 2023: Last linehaul Sydney/Melbourne to Perth before the New Year. Interstate linehaul to arrive Monday 18th of December 2023 and express deliveries will occur Monday 18th of December 2023. General deliveries to be delivered Tuesday 19th of December 2023.
• Tuesday 19th of December 2023:

            All metro pickups will be collected as normal.

            Last linehaul Sydney to Adelaide and Melbourne to Brisbane before the New Year. Deliveries should occur as per

            normal before 23rd of December 2023.

• Wednesday 20th of December 2023:

            All metro pickups will be collected as normal.

            Last linehaul Melbourne to Adelaide. Deliveries should occur as per normal before 23rd of December 2023

• Thursday 21st of December 2023:

            All metro pickups will be collected as normal.

            Last linehaul Sydney to Melbourne, Melbourne to Sydney, Sydney to Brisbane, and Brisbane to Sydney before the

            New Year. Some deliveries may be impacted before Christmas but not before New Years

CRL:

We are recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery within most states in Australia by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):

• StarTrack Premium and Express: Thursday 21 December

Christmas lodgement dates for sending overseas

For both domestic and international destinations, items sent after these dates will be delivered as quickly as possible, but they may not arrive until after Christmas.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Schedule

Northline has prepared an outbound loading schedule to assist customers in their freight planning during the busiest time of the year.

Northline will make every effort to ensure deliveries that comply with the schedule will arrive before Christmas.

Northline’s offices, including Customer Service, will be closed on all public holidays and weekends throughout December 2023 and January 2024.

Please note that during the post-Christmas holiday period, pick-ups and deliveries will continue on all working days and any scheduled on a public holiday will roll to the next working day, as per the standard Transit Schedule.

Should you wish to have your goods delivered prior to Christmas please refer to the final sending dates below. Please ensure the receiver is able to receive deliveries during this period.
