How to Search for a Booking or Invoice

When you log in to your account, you can search for any quote, booking, or consignment in your account by following these steps.


Step-by-Step Guide


1. Login to your FreightExchange account. 

2. Before you begin your search, please make sure you are on the correct page:

  • If you want to search for a quote that you have created but not yet bought, you go to the Quote page.
  • If you have already bought the quote and are ready to book the pickup, you can go to the Book page to search for the booking.
  • Go to the Track page if you want to search for a consignment already in transit.

3. In the search field, you can search for a booking by entering any of these references. 

  • FE tracking number.
  • Carrier consignment number.
  • Pickup or destination suburb/postcode.
  • The sender's or receiver's name.
  • Reference number, i.e. PO number if you're utilizing "References" for your bookings.

4. You can also filter by carrier and date.

  • On the quote and book page, you can use the booking date.
  • On the track page, you can filter using the date range.

5. If you need to search for an invoice:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. In the search field, enter the invoice number. You can also filter by date and status (paid or unpaid).
